From June, 17 to 23, one of the most important events in Aeronautics and Space takes place on the Le Bourget Airport, the "Salon international de l'aéronautique et de l'espace de Paris-Le Bourget (SIAE)".
SAFIRE is present in the prestigious Hall "Concorde" of the Museum of Air and Space (located P1 on the map), dedicated for the occasion to Research and technologies of the future and renamed « Paris Air Lab ». Thanks to this opportunity offered by the French research agency CNRS, SAFIRE introduces to a professional public and, since Friday, to the general public, its flying laboratories at the service of Science. This stand is shared with IASI and IAGOS. Through panels, models and videos, the activities of this Services Unit of Météo-France, CNRS and CNES will be highlighted, as will the project "ANVOLE", led by Safire, which aims at implementing a new jet by 2024 in order to increase the performance of airborne experiments.
